Rules

Within 7 days after booking you will receive the reservation confirmation.

A deposit f 30% of the overall total amount will be due after 7 days of booking. The rest of the payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

If one of the above mentioned deadlines will be missed the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Depending on the occupancy and many changeover days we have also many specials for you which are not in the News & Special offers section. Just give it a try and ask. 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation any time. Cancellations have to be made in written form (fax, email).

The cancellation fee is as followed:

• Up to 61 days prior to departure 30%
• 60 to 31 days prior to departure 50%
• 30 to 2 days prior to departure 80%
• No show 90%
