Rates are valid for up to 3 persons.
*5th person € 10,- per day in season 1 & 2, € 15 in season 3&5 where available i
Above mentioned prices are per day per apartment and NOT per Person. Prices include all taxes.
Surcharge for 1 or 2 days: 10% on the rate in season 3 and 4. In Season 4 there is a minimum stay of 7 nights

Rules

Within 7 days after booking you will receive the reservation confirmation.

A deposit f 20% of the overall total amount will be due after 7 days of booking. The rest of the payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

If one of the above mentioned deadlines will be missed the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation any time. Cancellations have to be made in written form (fax, email).

The cancellation fee is as followed:

Up to 61 days prior to departure 20%
60 to 31 days prior to departure 50%
30 to 2 days prior to departure 80%
No show 90%
