• Above mentioned prices are per day per apartment and NOT per Person.
  
• All rated are for 3 persons in the apartment - 4 persons in Apartments Loutraki, Kalithea, Panorama and Kanapitsa.
  
• Additional person € 10,- per person per night where possible.
  
• Babys are free of charge (0-2 years).
  
• Babycot is € 5,- per night - maximum € 50,- per stay.
  
• Prices include all taxes.
  
• Surcharge for 1 or 2 days: 10%. In Seasons 3 and 4 there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Our Services

• Free Wifi in the reception area
  
• airporttransfers included at minimum stay of 7 nights
• washing maschine (agains a fee) for guests, flat iron and iron board if available
• baby´s high chair free of charge if available
• pets on request (maximum 1 pet in an apartment) 

Conditions of payment

Within 3 days after booking you will receive the reservation confirmation.

• A deposit f 30% of the overall total amount will be due after 7 days of booking. The rest of the payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
  
• For all bookings in July & August a deposit of 50% is required
  
• For bookings with less than 7 nights a deposit of 50% is required
• For special offers and discounts a deposit of 50% is required

If one of the above mentioned deadlines will be missed the reservation will be cancelled without any further notice..

Special Offers

Depending on occupancy and various changeover days we offer specials on request which we do not mention separately in our "News & Special Offers" section. Just go ahead and send us a request and ask for it.

Group Offers

Away from our different workshops (Water Color, Oil Painting, Reiki, Yoga...workshops), we are used to welcome guest who enjoy to spend their holiday together with other family members or friends to whom we always offer a special discount for bookings of 3 and more apartments (only during season 1, 2 & 3). In this case the request and booking must be done by one person (leader) and it should be for the same period for all the members of the group.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation any time. Cancellations have to be made in written form by email.

The cancellation fee is as followed:

• Up to 61 days prior to departure 30%
• 60 to 31 days prior to departure 50%
• 30 to 2 days prior to departure 80%
• No show 90%
